Captain Rich Andretta is a full time United States Coast Guard (USCG license) licensed captain and insured, who also holds his Masters Mate 100 Gross-Ton license along with a Towing Endorsement from the USCG. Whether it’s on his Marauder Marine Avenger 25 bay boat or a client’s boat, Capt. Rich has all the licensing to run any size vessel.
