Inshore Fishing Trips
Require a $200 deposit to hold the date. If you need to cancel, fall ill, or have a change of heart, the deposit will be refundable up until 14 days of the scheduled charter. This applies to INSHORE FISHING CHARTERS only.
Tarpon & Permit Fishing
require a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold the date.
During the month of May and June (Tarpon season in Boca Grande, FL ), deposits are non-refundable and you are FULLY responsible for the FULL CHARTER AMOUNT due to a cancellation.
The only reason for a refund would be the captain's discretion of bad weather.
